Custodian/Maintenance
Reports To: Facilities Maintenance Coordinator
Location: Onsite at Ivy Baptist Church, Newport News, VA
Employment Type: Part-Time
Overview:
Ivy Baptist Church is seeking a Custodial/Maintenance person that will help the ministry with its day to day cleaning and maintenance of the building and grounds. This is a part time position (20- 25 hours) that reports directly to the Facilities Maintenance Coordinator which reports to the Executive Pastor.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in Ground Maintenance is required.
- General knowledge of HVAC systems and plumbing
- Maintain proper condition of floor equipment
